start a movement that grows and is bigger than you

don't try to convert other tribes
focus on people who are already looking for your tribe
don't worry about getting credit as a leader, spread the ideas
people believe what they tell themselves, give them a story
leaders are of all types, there is no income, power, or charisma necessary
