Notes
pretty good overall
lots of accurate stuff about stocks, options, and tech companies
this was published in 2001, so it was well timed for the dot com crash
the central theme is about the crazy overvalued tech stocks
it's a general warning to investors that they should know better
they should understand the danger in companies that have no real assets
they shouldn't trust the market analysts on TV who are paid to promote stocks
the twists at the end aren't optimal, it gets a bit crazy, too much going on
that's where the length of the book seems long
there are twists that seem like conclusions but there's still 100 pages to go
the pace was good overall though
the best thing is the details on tech start-ups and stocks and financial scams |
