average, pace is not that fast
the chapter headings with the time of day is interesting
setting it during Christmas with a blizzard is good
but the plot isn't that original, a stolen virus
plus the story centers around the family, it doesn't really threaten the world
so the stakes are too personal for my taste
there are a lot of characters in the family, and lots of subplots
no huge surprises or twists at the end, kind of a flat ending
overall, it was interesting but not that great to me |
