much of that ingredient starts with solitude, welcoming our inner worlds
we don't have to be experts at self-knowledge to be good writers
great writers recognize the gifts of their life experiences and translate them well
language is more than conveying information

don't complain about your inner critics, transform them into teachers
to break writer's block, try writing in sharp detail about the present moment
most of the publishing and marketing team won't ever meet the author
