3) focused questions - ask tough questions and be honest with yourself
remember to ask empowering questions - is there another way, a better way?

if you're overwhelmed with too many things to do, zero in on your ideal goals
you'll find that most of the tasks don't lead toward your real goals
drop anything that's low priority or in the wrong direction and focus on the ideal
